You are listening to The Weedsmith, a show about modern cannabis thought leadership. And today I am thankful and honored to be sitting across from the man, Frenchy Cannoli. Frenchy, in your opinion, what makes a good leader?

Frenchy Cannoli:‍

Somebody who works by example, I would say. Somebody who believes in something so strong that he can share it with others and be the model of whatever goal or representation or belief he has. 

Ricardo Baca:

I'm curious how you've adopted this, especially because you have so many students all over the world.

Frenchy Cannoli:

Yes, but it's a loose relation with students. I offer them the means to access me for information as long as they need me. I mean, I could be called a leader in trying to make my vision of what California can become for the cannabis industry in the world. You have to be the example. It starts there.
